2. Description of Service

Reeves Legacy Platform is an independent fan community offering:

Important: Reeves Legacy is an official platform affiliated with Keanu Reeves. We operate in collaboration with his team to provide authentic experiences, authorized merchandise, and exclusive content for fans worldwide. All products, services, and content are officially approved and authorized.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 require parental consent for purchases.

4. Membership Subscriptions

Premium memberships are month-to-month recurring subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method monthly until you cancel.

Billing & Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew each month on your billing date
• Payment is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Membership benefits remain active through the current billing period
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Purchases & Payments

All purchases are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraud.

• All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Member discounts are applied automatically at checkout
• Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your full credit card information.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Reeves Legacy Platform and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Permitted Use

You may access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without express written permission.

Third-Party Rights

All references to Keanu Reeves, film titles, character names, and related intellectual property belong to their respective owners. Our use of such references is for informational and fan appreciation purposes under fair use principles.

7. User Content
