International Shipping

We ship worldwide to most countries! International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Track

  1. Check your email for the shipping confirmation with tracking number
  2. Log into your account and visit the "Orders" section in your dashboard
  3. Click on your order to view detailed tracking information
  4. Or use the tracking number directly on the carrier's website

Note: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your order ships. If you don't see updates, please allow time for the carrier to scan your package.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy on most merchandise.

Return Eligibility

Items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Include original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products and downloads
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Physical fan cards (once personalized)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Opened collectibles or sealed items

How to Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Pack items securely in original packaging
  5. Ship the return using a trackable method
  6. Receive confirmation once return is processed

⚠️ Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed.

Refund Timeline

  • Processing: 3-5 business days after return is received
  • Refund to original payment method: 5-10 business days
  • Bank processing: Additional 2-5 business days depending on your bank

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. We do not offer cash refunds or store credit unless specifically requested and approved.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

  • Item shows signs of use or wear
  • Item is returned without original packaging
  • Item is damaged but not due to our error
  • Only part of an order is returned

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your orders, but sometimes damage can occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item:

    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the damaged item
    • Photos of the packaging
    • Description of the damage or defect
  3. We'll review your claim within 24-48 hours
  4. Choose a replacement or full refund

💯 Our Promise: For damaged or defective items, we'll cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement at no charge, or issue a full refund including original shipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  2. Look for a delivery notice or safe place the carrier may have left it
  3. Wait 24-48 hours as sometimes carriers mark packages delivered early
  4. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
  5. Contact us at support@reeves-legacy.online - we'll help investigate

Note: Once a package shows delivered, liability transfers to the carrier. We'll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee replacement for stolen packages. We recommend signature confirmation for high-value orders.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item
  2. Place a new order for the desired item
  3. Once your return is processed, you'll receive a refund

Tip: To ensure you get the item you want, place your new order first (if budget allows), then return the original item. This guarantees availability, especially for limited items.
